Possible, but usually more expensive and disruptive. When budget is tight, we often design for future features and stub utilities so phase two is cleaner.
Do you only design, or also build the outdoor living package?
We design the full environment and build what is in our scope. Specialty kitchen appliances or landscape planting may be coordinated with partners—we clarify that in the proposal.
